1. Agreement to Terms

2. Services

RAG MOPS CLEANING SERVICE INC provides professional cleaning services including but not limited to:

• Residential cleaning and housekeeping
• Commercial and office cleaning
• Deep cleaning and specialized services
• Move-in/move-out cleaning
• Post-construction cleaning

Specific services, frequencies, and pricing are determined during the consultation process and outlined in individual service agreements.

3. Scheduling and Access

Scheduling: Services must be scheduled in advance. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your preferred dates and times.

Access: You are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to your property. This includes ensuring pets are secured, valuables are stored safely, and work areas are accessible.

Keys and Codes: If you provide keys or access codes, we will handle them with care and confidentiality. We are not responsible for lockouts or security issues resulting from changes you make to locks or codes without notifying us.

4. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• 24+ hours notice: No cancellation fee
• Less than 24 hours notice: 50% of scheduled service fee may apply
• No-show or same-day cancellation: Full service fee may apply

5. Payment Terms

Pricing: All prices are quoted in US dollars and are subject to applicable taxes.

Payment: Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards.

Late Payment: Accounts not paid within 30 days may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 24 hours and we will return to address your concerns at no additional charge. Please see our Refund Policy for more details.

7. Liability and Insurance

Insurance: RAG MOPS CLEANING SERVICE INC is fully insured for liability and bonded for your protection.

Damages: In the event of accidental damage, please notify us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue fairly. Claims must be reported within 48 hours of service completion.

Limitation: Our liability is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of damaged items, not to exceed the value of the service provided, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

8. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your property and cleaning needs
• Disclose any hazardous materials or conditions
• Secure pets during service appointments
• Remove or secure fragile or valuable items
• Maintain a safe environment for our cleaning staff
• Provide necessary utilities (water, electricity) for service completion

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Harass, threaten, or abuse our staff in any way
• Request services that involve hazardous materials or unsafe conditions
• Misrepresent the scope or nature of cleaning required

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of RAG MOPS CLEANING SERVICE INC and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Denton County, Texas.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
