Satisfaction Guarantee Policy

24-Hour Re-Clean Guarantee: If you notice any areas that were missed or not cleaned to your satisfaction, contact us within 24 hours of your service. We will return to address those specific areas at no additional charge.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with our service and we are unable to resolve the issue to your satisfaction, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund of the service fee, as determined on a case-by-case basis.

Eligibility for Refund

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The complaint must be made within 30 days of the service date
  • You must provide specific details about the areas of concern
  • You must allow us the opportunity to re-clean or inspect the area (if requested)
  • The issue must be related to the quality of our cleaning service

Refund Process

  2. Assessment: We will review your complaint and may request additional information or photos of the areas in question.
  3. Resolution: We will offer to re-clean the areas of concern at no charge. If a re-clean is not possible or does not resolve the issue, we will discuss refund options.
  4. Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days using the original payment method.

Exclusions

The following situations are not eligible for refunds:

  • Complaints made more than 30 days after service
  • Issues caused by the client or third parties after service completion
  • Pre-existing stains, damage, or conditions that cannot be remedied by cleaning
  • Services not included in the original service agreement
  • Change of mind without a quality-related complaint
  • Areas not accessible during the scheduled service

Cancellation Refunds

For cancellations:

  • More than 24 hours notice: Full refund of any prepaid amount
  • Less than 24 hours notice: 50% of prepaid amount may be retained as a cancellation fee
  • No-show: Full prepaid amount may be retained
